Insurance Repairs

Our office team will make the Insurance process as simple as possible by completing the estimate and liaising with the Insurance companies, helping to complete claims forms, ordering parts and keeping the policy holder informed during the repair process.

We will collect and deliver back policyholders vehicles or provide courtesy cars for the duration of the repairs. We offer a choice of courtesy cars including manual, automatics, electric vehicles and small vans. If you are involved in an accident & need recovery call us on 01534 873910.

In the event of an accident you need to get the following information:

  • The names, details & vehicle details of all parties
  • The insurance details & policy numbers of all parties
  • Details of any witnesses
We are the only workshop on the island with skilled staff to undertake to structural aluminium repairs

Yes, we provide warranties on parts and paint work. The warranty length depends on the service or part fitted—please ask for details.

We offer a full range of car repair and maintenance services, including:

  • Windscreen replacements

We have a large number of courtesy cars available. We offer manual, automatic and electric vehicles. Courtesy cars are available to policy holders with a fully comprehensive policy. Please check with your insurer if you are unsure.

We prefer to use our own sourced parts to ensure quality and warranty coverage. However, if you have specific parts you’d like us to fit, please discuss this with us beforehand.

Yes! If you have a sudden issue with your vehicle, contact us, and we’ll do our best to fit you in for urgent repairs.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

We have our own recovery company with 8 recovery vehicles and offer 24/7 service. We also will collect cars to be disposed of and will recover broken down vehicles or those involved in road traffic accidents. Call either driver to arrange a pick up, Driver 1 or Driver 2.

You can request a quote by calling us, emailing admin@martinfernandoltd.co.uk, or visiting us in person. We’ll assess your vehicle and provide a detailed estimate.

We use high-quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.

We service a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles. If you’re unsure whether we can work on your vehicle, give us a call.

You do not need to make an appointment and can visit at any time during our working hours. We have 3estimators on site who can prepare your estimate whilst you wait.

If your check engine light comes on, it’s best to get your car checked as soon as possible. We offer full engine diagnostics to identify any issues and recommend necessary repairs.
